Warranty & Liabilities
All
surrounds are manufactured to the highest standards and checked for quality
before despatch. As the surrounds are hand made from a natural
product, it is natural for them to have minor blemishes (if you look hard!).
This is what differentiates them from factory produced surrounds - they have
character! Similarly, we cannot guarantee all measurements will be exactly
as specified, but if you need a surround to exactly fit into an existing gap in
a dado rail or skirting board etc, please specify this before an order is placed
and we will do our utmost to provide you with an exact fit.
Finally, for your peace of mind, all surrounds have a 90-day warranty against
defective workmanship or materials, in which case the surround can be returned
(in original packaging only) for repair or a full refund, excluding postage,
during this period. If there is nothing wrong with the surround, but for
some reason you don't want it anymore - no problem, please refer to the
money-back guarantee!
Damage in Post
All surrounds are packaged using heavy-duty cardboard.
In the very unlikely event an item is damaged in transit, you must inform us
within 24 hours via email or telephone customer services on 0115 960 6110. If you took out optional insurance at checkout, the
surround will be collected, replaced/repaired and returned free of charge, otherwise, the customer shall
be liable for all replacement/repair costs.
Money-back Guarantee
If your surround should fail to please in any way,
for example, the wrong item was ordered, it wasn't the right size, you didn't
realise the surround had a rebate, etc, simply return it unused
and in the original packaging (with packing inserts correctly positioned) within 7 days of purchase for a refund, no questions asked. This offer excludes postage, custom made surrounds
and eBay listing fees and assumes the item was not damaged in transit -
packaging and contents must be in pristine condition and the item must not have
been used in any way or installed. For exchanges, please note that normal
carriage charges are payable in advance to get a replacement item to you. Requests for
non-warranty exchanges or returns
received after 7 days up to a maximum of 28 days will additionally be subject to a restocking
fee, not less than 15% of the total, original purchase price.
All surrounds are designed and manufactured by Apex UK. We take our business seriously. Designs are registered with the appropriate authorities and may not be copied in any way whatsoever except by written permission from the registered owner.
